Microsoft Office Document Image Writer - It's Gone!!

I ran Detect and Repair from Word and now my Microsoft Office Document
Image Writer is gone.

I went into setup options and un-installed/re-installed the driver (as
per other posts) and also manually added a printer using the
driver ... but it doesn't work correctly.

When I print to the "Microsoft Office Document Image Writer" I get the
dialog asking for the filename BUT no file is created and I never get
to see a preview.

I've seen similar problems and posts but have not seen or found any
solutions!

Any Ideas? I'll keep this thread alive until I find a workable
solution.

Needed one last manual amendment which is:

* Right click / Properties on the MODIW printer
* Advanced tab
* Print Processor button
* Select ModiPrint & RAW
* Press OK buttons to save
