Office 2000 and Microsoft Document Image Writer

Can you use Microsoft Document Image Writer with Office 2000. If so, is it
just a print driver installation or program as well?

It is a program that is included in Office products. I'm not sure about Office
2002 but it is included in Office 2003 and 07.

No download. Are you looking for an OCR program? There are many around, some
better than others. If you have a scanner there probably was an OCR utility
included in the scanner software.
