document in frame cannot be printed

My Word file will not print from website - I get message "the document in
this frame cannot be printed as laid out, this frame will be printed
separately"
Can you help please?

What version of Word and web browser are you using? Are you opening a web page in Word or using a browser to print and is it a web
page or a .doc file?
