in an older version of word it was possible to right click anywhere into the
docmap and the context menu would give you the option to select the max.
level visible inte pane. in 2003 this only works when right clicking into
empty space, ie. where no text.
please enable this old feature again because it is enayoing for large deeply
nested documents because you have to scroll there all the way to the end to
do it now.
also before you had distinctive buttons for each level in a toolbar, now
only a drop down. that's worse too.
