document named ranges

Is there a way to have excel document named ranges used in a workbook? I
have a few workbooks that I share and it would be nice to include a
separate sheet that shows all named ranges to help others use the file.

Hi Chaz:

Named ranges appear in the Name Box dropdown (to the left of the Formula
Bar). Or did you want the names of the ranges as well as their addresses?

Chaz,

You might want your users use the a utility by Jan Karel Pieterse called
Name Manager. It will readily show the various named ranges in
spreadsheets.

You can find it here: http://www.bmsltd.co.uk/MVP/Default.htm .

You can also get the Name Manager as part of a commercial product called
Fast Excel (www.DecisionModels.com).

Thanks Vasant. I would like to have a single worksheet serve as a
reference to all named ranges included in a workbook, to include the
name of the range and the address.
