Document not saved (Excel 97)

Hi,
I have a file set to autosave.
However when I open it in the morning and use it, at the first time it tries
to autosave I get the error 'document not saved'.
I can save it manually without any problem and further autosaves perform OK.

Any ideas what is causing this?
