Document Tables

I have a database from someone and I want to include the description column
when I use the documenter so I have something to refer to when talking to the
internal client.

I see it allows you to show field name, field size, & properties, but no
description

I am a mediocre user/developer, but no VBA experience to speak of so I would
like to keep things as easy as possible for me and the internal client.

You can use the documentor but then create your own query/report from the
results as described at http://www.access.hookom.net/Documenter/.
