document/template error

I typed text in word document. Now every time i open
word, the same text appears. when trying to create new
document, the same text appears as document 2, document 3,
etc. when i look in my explorer files, i do not even see
it. how can i permanently delete this text?

I am having the same problem except I copied and pasted

in word and now I cant get it to go away. Except I have
un-installed it and re-installed new word and it is still
there, I dont know what to do, but it is so frustrating.
