Document view (Word 2003)

I frequently receive e-mails with a Word attachments.

When I open the attachments, they are always displayed in multiple
screens (i.e., Screen 1 of 6, Screen 2 of 6, etc). I then have to
click on View/Normal to see the documents in their "normal" layout.

What do I need to change to always have the Word documents open in a
"normal" view?

What you are seeing is called Reading Layout view. To change the
behavior, in Word go to Tools/Options/General and turn off "Allow
starting in Reading Layout".

JUST GO TO TOOLS/OPTIONS/GENRAL THEN CLICK WHERE IT SAYS ALLOW STARTING IN
READING LAYOUT HOPE THAT HELPS :)
