Documents and Notifications

Hi everybody,

Project server used to generate Notifications any time
some one would update a document or create a new one, now
it dosnt any more. Where should I check to see why? Would
every one who is assigned a task on a project get the
Notifications or only people you specify? Im really
confused about this. Where can I find some info on
Documents and Notifications?

I would appreciate any help.
