You must have set up Sharepoint Services for this to
work. Assuming you have, click the "Documents" menu item
in PWA. Select the link to the project you want to
affiliate the document with. In the screen that comes up,
enter the document path in the File Name Field, Assign
Status and Ownership, then click "Link the document to
tasks in Project X. The project tasks will be displayed
with check boxes. Check the box for the task(s) you want
to attach the document to. The task list for the
individual to whom the task is assigned will display an
icon indicating there is an attachment. Also, the Project
list will display a similar icon.
