Hi,
If we are upgrading from MSP stand alone to MSP 2003.
We want to publish an old stand alone project files which contains links to documents. If a file contain links to documents do we need to link the documents again after saving the file as .publish.

That would depend entirely on the structure of your links. If you used links
that are resolvable in the new environment, they should work fine.
