Docunent not available?

I open my Microsoft window office 2003 and open up any of my files infact
tried opening all of them and find a caption pop up " the file (file name
..doc) is not available.

They are not locked documents, i've made sure of that.

I can send my documents by email and open them on other computers using
windows office 2003.

I have went on control panel and repair the microsoft office, restarted it
and so forth and yet i get the same reply . The caption.

I am clueless to why it will not open my files i know they exist i tranfer
them uon my usb stick and they open perfectly fine.

If any one knows why and how to solve this annoying problem please let me
know by posting or email.

I mean I need the windows office for university now i've started my second
year and going bac and forth to do wrk there is becomig a strain.

If you are using Symantec/Norton AntiVirus, try disabling the
Office Plugin that comes with it (but don't disable Norton
