I got my Windows Live account "closed" down 3 days ago due to seeming like I
was not following the terms of service. This, however, is my business
account (small home-owned). I had been receiving messages where I had to
verify that I was not spam for 1 day before this. I contacted them using the
form that it said to use--filling out more than one would make their reply
slower--ah, yes, that makes sense. So I filled out one. I got a reply after
2 DAYS that said it went to the wrong section and they would send it to the
right one immediately for a response. Well, that was yesterday and I still
wait. People have told me they have e-mailed and it doesn't go through. If
it says WITHIN 24 hours, they should honor their own words.
