I'm a realtor and new at Access 2003 however i would like some ideas about
setting up a helpful, useful real estate database.

That's unfortunately a very vague question. What data do YOU need? That's for
you to decide!

Think of Access, not as a supplier of worked-out finished applications, but as
a toolkit with which you can design your own customized database. Here's some

I agree with John -- Access is a power saw, not a bookcase.

That said, have you tried searching on-line? There may be a template that
comes close to what you want to do. (... but if it doesn't, you'll need to
learn to {safely} use the saw...<g>).
