does anyone have a data base to track equipment calibrations?

I am trying to build a calibration data base but I m not having any luck. I
just want to ability to input new equipment and do aduits from time to time.
If I put in the date the equipment was last caliberated and I tell the
program that in one year it will need to be calibrated again I should be able
to run a report telling me to calibrate it again.
