Does anyone have a problem with Outlook locking during a file sea.

I have had a problem with MSWord, Outlook and MSPublisher since installing XP
Service Pack 2. Whenever I do a file search from within any of these, the
program locks up and then trys to send an error report. I think the problem
is with Explorer because 2 other non Microsoft program also exhibit this
problem.

Any ideas? I can't find any help on the MS Office site.
