I have never found a template for this, but it is a fairly simple thing to
do with excel. If you can't use one of the templates Mary suggested, just
create 3 columns in excel with the following labels.
LOCATION ---- (Drawer 1, Drawer 2, etc.)
QUANTITY ---(1,2,3,ETC,) DESCRIPTION -- ( Ratchet 3/8 drive or
whatever)
You can make a header with each technician's name or tool box identification
or whatever you need.
By the way to do this right, the tools need to be "shadowed" in each drawer.
My experience with this, is in aircraft maintenance. not sure of the
requirements of other fields.
