for my reply emails in Outlook, I keep gettting the paragraph symbol on every
line of my sentance (at the end of each sentance):

Sounds like you are using Word as your e-mail compose editor instead of
the one embedded in Outlook. That's a Word question you need to ask in
a newsgroup for Word. My guess is it is an option you configure for
displaying normally hidden formatting controls. Check your Word
options.
