Sure. Just create a report and include the fields you want in the order you
want using the format you want.

There are several Access templates that include phone lists.

The Report Wizard will do an average job of it.

I like the look of the Customer Phone List form that you can see in
the Northwind sample database. You can study that one.

It should be easy to convert to 2002 format if you need to.
