does anyone know how to do the revision bubble?

Many time we need to use this "revision bubble" shape when we create
drawings. I have searched many places and can't find this function. Can you
help me find the easy way to do this. Note that I can create arcs to satisfy
this needs. However, it will take long time to create many arcs if the
revision area is large.

I am sorry i cannot understand your revision marks.
Could you tell me more about the function of arcs you are making?
Why you are making arcs?
