Does anyone know how to get a Lotus Notes userid in Code

I need to be able to get a lotus notes ID that is on the computer that the
user is running the application to be able to query the right data from a SQL
table. Does anyone know what code syntax I need to be able to get the Lotus
Notes username. It would be in a format like CN=John Doe/OU=IS Dept/O=Pepper.
