Does anyone know of any "Telephone Directory" templates for FPage

I''m looking for a good template to add to our neighborhood website that
allows our community to log in and add their information to an address book.
I would like to have it also have search capabilities to look at the
information too.

It would be even better to have the ability to join mailing lists, etc.

Would require a database and server side scripting
- the type and availability of "templates" depends on your host OS and what they support
