Does anyone know where to get support for Outlook Connector?

I was forced to do an "upgrade", but now the program simply disappears at
random, can't connect, reports server problems and on and on. The previous
version was much better.

I'm not sure who is doing the official support.

Did you make a new profile? Try Detect and Repair in Outlook?

The last time the program mysteriously disappeared from Outlook we downloaded
the program again and reinstalled it and it was fine for a few days. Then,
when we were not receiving any mail, we noticed "server" error on the status
and had to reboot to get it back functional.

Now our Windows Live Messenger pops up advising we have new mail, but it
does not come into Outlook for a long time. Connector keeps checking and
reporting we have no mail.
