I'm trying to do a monthly forecast, my tech folks have
created me a SQL report that pulls Work, Baseline Work,
and Baseline Cost into an excel file for me. When I'm
looking at baseline in my report for july, which has a
few hours reported as actuals but mostly is
just "planned" work, i.e., baseline and/or remaining....
my baselines are almost all 0s.
Do I need to look at remaining work in order to
accurately gauge what work is SCHEDULED for the next
month? Is there anything else I can look at instead?
Thanks in advance -
