Does File & Settings Txfr Wizard not work with 2003?

PS: One other thing - how can I transfer over the signatures? Basically I
just want Outlook to be copied in its entirety.

Thanks Milly. I have shared my PST with the Briefcase, however I cannot
get my accounts over.

Using the link you sent me, it says the account info is stored in the
registry, however it doesn't say where. Can you please advise me the key
and/or file to export/move to my laptop?
