Does Files & Trans Wiz save Outlook.pst when save settings only?

Does Files & Trans Wizard save cmplete Outlook.pst (including files) when
save settings only? I hope this is the case as I don't want to save a
duplicate copy as I am limited to CD's at the moment. The reason I am
prompted to ask this is that I saw it saving an Outlook.pst file but wonder
if this is the same as the normal pst file that includes the emails, contacts
etc.

An outlook.pst is the normal, default named pst which contains all data.
This assumes you didnt create any other named pst, archive.pst eg
