Does format of WorkGroup file matter?

Does it matter what format a workgroup file is in? I
have a workgroup file that is 95 and another that is
2000, but my app is Access 2002?

Should I convert them to 2002 format as I would another
database?

Hi Mary,
I think you should convert the 95 version (Jet 3.0) to Access 2000 or XP
(Jet 4.0 format) in order to avoid error 3251.
