Hi there,
I have submitted this issue to other newsgroup, but haven't received
response yet, so I try my luck here...
I have problem with Groove which keep asking us to restart the machine to
make the configuration changes take effect.
We are pretty sure that the installation is complete, even more, we have
reinstalled Groove 2007 again in this machine. But the dialog box asking to
restart still appears.
And when this happen, Outlook 2003 installed in the same machine with Groove
is frozen. Until we choose 'No' in the dialog box, then we can use Outlook
2003 again. And the user said that after we install Groove 2007, sometimes
they can't access folder in PST files attached in their mailbox. They need
to restart the outlook so they can access their PST folders.
Here is the message on the dialog box:"The configuration changes made to
Microsoft Office Groove 2007 will not take effect until your computer has
been restarted. Would you like to restart now?".
Can someone please enlighten us on this problem? Is there any dll or
settings that we need to reconfigure?
