Does Image Composer still come as part of FrontPage 2003?

I haven't used FrontPage since 2000... I just got the 2003 version installed
on my work PC but I can't find the Image Composure component (to handle the
graphics)... Does Image Composer still come with FPage or do I have some kind
of stripped down version of FrontPage at work?

If Image Composer is no longer included, can anyone recommend a compatible
replacement graphics tool?

Image Composer was discontinued many years ago. If you still have an old
FrontPage version CD you can load it on your PC. An image program that many
here recommend is www.irfanview.com
