There's no such thing as an Office 2003 download. MS only sells Office
2007 now.

?? Perhaps rephrase your question. You can't download Microsoft Office
2003 from Microsoft Online.

Office 2003 is not available to download from MS, or anywhere else, legally
There is a trial version of Office 2007 available to download, if your PC
specs support it
You have to buy office, to continue using it
