Does Microsoft Word have a Certificate Maker program?

Does anyone know if MS Word has a Certificate Maker Program, or if that is a
seperate software package?

There is nothing particularly unusual about a certificate - it is merely a
combination of graphics and text, which Word can use, but if you are short
on ideas, Publisher has a variety of pre-prepared layouts and is easier to
use for this task.
