yes it runs on 2k.

Do I need eventually have to install DotNet Framework?

only if you have an app that requires it... Think of the ".net framework" as the
".net RUNTIME" -- exe's written in .dot will need the framework (aka: runtimes)

If yes, which version?

supposed to all be backward compatible.

What is the difference between MS Office 2003 and MS Office XP?

2003 is newer.

Can I run MS Office 2003 (Spanish) under Win 2000 (english) and vice versa ?
