does new looking microsoft office only applied to office 2003

i've seen th new looking microsoft office or at least microsoft word nearly
every where. i have a office XP my self and was wandering, if the new look is
only applied to microsoft office 2003. i was also wandering if i could apply
this new look to office XP???\
