Does Office 2003 has Japanese writing capability?

Office XP has Japanese writing capability with Global IME (Japanese) feature.
How do I get the same feature for Office 2003?

If you are running Windows XP or Windows 2003 Server then you must implement
the language abilities of the OS, IME is not a feature of the newer Office
suites thus the OS takes over for this portion.

If you need help in getting the languages to work please reply here so
others can learn how to do it too.

Hope it helps,
Jon
