Hi Ryan,
Office 2003 editions do not have any special features to take advantage of multiple CPUs or computers (i.e. they're not
'multiprocessor aware'. The basic capability would need to come from the Operating System. The MS Windows 2003 server and MS
Office Content Management Server software and then recognized by the apps.
Microsoft Office 2007 Excel does add support for dual processors and multithreaded chip sets along with other changes.
