does Office vX work with Panther (10.3)?

hi,

i have a G3 ibook and i am thinking of upgrading to 10.3? If i do the upgrade, will:

a) my Office vX work?
b) i need to reinstall it?

Only if you do an Erase and Install. Otherwise, the Office applications
folder (as well as the Microsoft User Data and the preferences in your
home folder) should be preserved.
