Does Outlook 2000 have a Labels dropdown box in calendar?

I am sure I have used it in Outlook 2000 but I am on a new computer and it
seems to have dissappeared.

You mean the color labels? Those were added in OL2003 as far as I remember.
Possibly OL2002 but not earlier
