Does outlook have a POP Address

Does outlook have a POP Address so that I can check outlook mail using Yahoo
Email service? Currently Yahoo only supports POP MAIL SERVERS

Just go define an e-mail account in Outlook. You'll see the option to
select what type of e-mail account gets defined, so pick POP3. This
presumes that you have actually paid Yahoo so you get access to their
POP3 and SMTP mail servers.
