Does outlook support email forwarding to mobile devices?

I'd like to know if outlook 2003 supports email forwarding to mobile devices,
like AOL and MSN do. I've tried to look for that option but so far no luck.

There's an Outlook Rule to send a notification when you receive an email
meeting certain requirements.
Regardless, you need to send it to some type of service. Outlook doesn't
provide such a service - MSN does.
