Does Project Pro 2003 Modify the 'Search' tool in IE ??

During testing the platform had Project Pro 2003 installed. I noticed that
when I was using IE and clicked on VIEW > EXPLORER BAR > SEARCH a window
popped up saying installing Project 2003 then opens an updated search window
with a 2003 interface.

The issue has been found to be caused by Visio and not Project. Please
disregard this thread.
