Does Publisher 2003 allow for frames?

Publisher has no built-in support of frames and no plans to do so.
Frameset pages can be manually coded however in the html code editor of your
choice.

Sometimes I wonder what Publisher supports. :) I don't mean to be mean,
but it gets a bit frustrating.

Based on your posts to date, it would seem that your knowledge level and
your requirements are better suited to FrontPage.

Yes, I am used to using Fireworks, Dreamweaver, Photoshop, and Illustrator
all together, but I can't afford them. haha.
