Does the form load faster ...?

When InfoPath form is opened, does it load only first view or does it load
all the views?

We are trying to improve the form load time by moving all attachment fields
to last tab (view) so that form will load faster? Will this improve the load
time?

A view is just a "window" to data in an InfoPath form. When a form loads, it
loads all of the data in the form, regardless of the amount of views you
have, so moving attachments to the last tab/view will not improve performance.

If the files are so big, save the files on a filesystem or SharePoint
and add only the link in the InfoPath
