I'm using Office2000 and want to use the Microsoft Office Document Imaging
driver, is it part of the product like Office 2003?

The MS Office Document Imaging Writer is an optional installation feature of Office 2007, except if you're using a 64 bit version of
Windows.

Hi -
Is Microsoft Office Document Image Writer included with Office 2007? My
hard-drive crashed last week and I'm thinking now might be the time to
upgrade to Office 2007.
Thanks, Robert >>

I just received a new laptop with Office 2007 and the Document Image Writer is not included as a selection Microsoft Office Tools for installation. I plan to pursue if this is an error and intentional.

If you're using a 64 bit Windows version then the Microsoft Office Document Image Writer choice will not appear.

Running 32 bit OS. Have not installed another printer so that may be the problem. I'll try that.
