Does upgrading Schedule+ 7.0 to Outlook 2003 retain the bugs?

nScheduler+ 7.0 has a number of annoying bugs, such as generation of loads of
duplicate appointments and tasks if recurrence is used. Sometimes, a
duplicate is created which if deleted, deletes the original and so on. It
seems that if given enough time, all the recurrence appointments/tasks would
suddenly start to generate duplicates.

It seems to me that there are no downloads to correct these bugs, so would
upgrading to Outlook 2003 a good idea? Will this cure these bugs?

Outlook is completely different that Schedule + and I am not sure if it is
compatible.
