Outlook 2003 & Act 7.0

I just upgraded to Microsoft Prof.2003 which includes Outlook. I would like
to import my contacts from Act 7.0. It only asks for Act 4.0 or 5.0. Can I
import Act 7.0 contacts? And if so....how?

Can-so

Act 7.0 should be able to export to a csv file type if memory servers me
right
You then could import that into outlook, there is no direct converter for
this
..
