Doing brochure in Publisher

I have a four page brochure in Publisher. I cannot remove a line that is
showing in between pages 2 and 3 (inside pages of brochure), and that also
shows when printing.

Does this seem the same problem?
Thin line is displayed and printed around the object when you apply a
combination of a border and a fill to the object in Publisher

Can you draw a rectangle filled with white and lineless or a heavier white line
over the line?

Could t be that, by accident, you placed a line on your base page?
