Domain change from A to B for Project 2003 Server

Our organization is changing our Domain from A to B. What concerns should I
have for our Project 2003 Server? I want to make sure the users keep the same
Tasks.

Here is my plan:
-Change the Domain from A to B.
-Change all Project Server 2003 services from domain A to B.
-Change all SQL accounts for the ProjectServer DB from domain A to B.
-Login into PWA and change the users manually from domain A to B.
-Change all groups from domain A to B, then update.
-Update the resource pool with domain B.

Will my tasks still be linked for my users? What else should I do? What am I
missing?

You also need to be aware that that WSS portion needs to be updated for
risks, issues, and documents associated with each project. You need to
perform the synchronize function for each project once all domains have
changed.

We do not have WSS running, so does this mean I do not have to update and
sync, correct?
