Domain name msoffice.com.xx (Is it legal?)

I've searched through the web & found "msoffice.com.ua"
being a registered entity in Russia.

I intend to register a domain name also
using "msoffice.com.<<our country>>" for Microsoft office
consulation purpose.

Microsoft itself is using "office.microsoft.com".
Eventhough we click to "msoffice.com", it will still point
to "office.microsoft.com".

Does anybody know if the public can REALLY legally
use "msoffice.com.<<our country>>" as a domain name?
