Domain Permission Level - Question

I keep recieving the following error: This form cannot be opened becouse it
requires the domain permission level and it currently has restricted
permission. Contact the form author to resolve the issue.


I am new to InfoPath and have been provided with a template to from one
project to modify for the project I am leading. My problem is I can't get it
to open. Does anyone know how to resolve this?
